About the wavelengths
- 660nm Red Light: Visible red light, absorbed mainly in the skin and surface layers.
- 810nm Near Infrared: Invisible near-infrared light that travels further into soft tissue. One of the most widely researched wavelengths in photobiomodulation studies.
- 940nm Near Infrared: A longer near-infrared wavelength that reaches deeper layers.
