These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Redlight Physiotherapy ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Information on this website, including blog articles, is general information only. It is not medical, veterinary or professional advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health practitioner or veterinarian.

3. Safe use

Always read and follow the user instructions supplied with each product. Do not look directly into the LEDs. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take photosensitising medication, or have any concerns, speak to your health practitioner before use. For use on animals, consult your veterinarian. Stop using a product if you experience discomfort. We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by use contrary to the instructions.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch times and delivery details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Redlight Physiotherapy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
