About Red Light Physiotherapy

Practitioner-designed, evidence-based red and infrared light therapy — helping Australians with health management and recovery from Clare, SA.

Annette Willson — Qualified Physiotherapist

I'm Annie, a qualified physiotherapist based in Clare, South Australia. After years of clinical practice, I became fascinated by the science of photobiomodulation (PBM) — the use of red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. My interest was sparked by my own injury history and age-related problems.

Numerous horse-related injuries left me with ongoing pain and dysfunction. After reading the research, I designed my own range of wearable light therapy pads. I use red light therapy every day, along with a daily program of functional core stability movement patterns, and I am now pain free. My pads are designed specifically for home use, so my patients and customers across Australia can access the same therapeutic wavelengths used in clinical settings — without needing to visit a clinic.

Every product I sell is something I use myself. I'm always available to answer questions and help you find the right device for your condition. I believe every person over 50 should use red light therapy regularly for general wellbeing and good energy. I am part of a global push to integrate red light therapy (photobiomodulation therapy) into mainstream health care. Better health with minimal or no drug use is possible for many conditions.

Why Red Light Therapy?

Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy uses specific wavelengths of red (660nm) and near-infrared (800–900nm) light to penetrate tissue and stimulate cellular energy production. The result is reduced inflammation, accelerated healing, and relief from chronic pain — all without drugs. Wearable pads with the correct wavelengths are affordable, accessible and cost effective, with minimal to no side effects, and the benefits are enormous.

The science behind PBM is well established, with thousands of peer-reviewed studies supporting its use for pain management, wound healing, nerve repair, and skin health. Over 800 papers are published every month worldwide. My goal is to make this technology accessible and affordable for everyday Australians. Buying from an educated professional provides security and peace of mind, with the ability to ask questions.
